Dedicated to providing superior care, we are proud our practice is recognized throughout North Texas communities as the premiere eye care treatment center. Dr. Robert Burlingame started the practice in 1987, and was soon joined by Dr. Plauche, Dr. Bossen, Dr. Lehman, Dr. Harris, and Dr. Phillips who helped enhance the collective knowledge of the practice, combining old-fashioned patient care with technologically advanced techniques. Dr. Burlingame retired in 2016, leaving the practice in the capable hands of his partners.
Dr. Plauché, Dr. Bossen, Dr. Lehman, and Dr. Phillips are ophthalmologists who specialize in treating conditions that require surgical intervention, while Dr. Harris, our optometrist, is our resident expert on therapeutic treatments for dry eye and ocular allergies. All the doctors are devoted to providing the best vision outcome possible in a compassionate manner has grown the practice into one of North Texas’ leading providers of LASIK and cataract surgery.
In addition to fostering warm and caring relationships with patients, each doctor strongly believes in the philosophy of giving back to the community. They are all actively engaged in various service projects in the Texoma area.
