Dr. Roy Lehman is a highly skilled and experienced ophthalmologist specializing in cornea, cataract, refractive, and blepharoplasty surgery. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Hardin-Simmons University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, before pursuing his medical degree at Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine, where he graduated with honors. Dr. Lehman completed his ophthalmology residency and internship at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas, where he received comprehensive training in eye care.
He then went on to complete a prestigious Cornea & Refractive Surgery Fellowship at the renowned Dean McGee Eye Institute in Oklahoma City, where he advanced his skills in cutting-edge vision correction techniques.
Dr. Lehman’s expertise has earned him a respected reputation in the field of ophthalmology. He served as Chief Resident during his time at Scott & White and has held leadership roles such as vice president of the College of Medicine and the Student Athlete Advisory Committee at Hardin-Simmons University, where he also served as captain of the tennis team.
He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Cornea Society, American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgeons, and the Texas Medical Association, among others.
