Update 4.21.2020:
Governor Abbott has authorized some loosening of COVID-19 restrictions, meaning both our clinics will be able to start seeing non-emergency patients as of this Wednesday. We will begin scheduling elective surgeries at that time. For more information, please call our offices at 903-892-3282.
Update 3.20.2020:
In order to reduce the exposure to COVID-19 for our patients, staff and community, RGB Eye Associates will immediately begin seeing patients for only emergent and urgent care. This also includes canceling all elective surgeries scheduled during the next two weeks. We recognize that this is a quickly changing situation so we will continue to closely monitor and revise our plan as necessary. One of our staff will reach out to you very soon to reschedule your appointment.
COVID-19 Message to Patients
We know many patients are concerned about getting the vital care necessary to maintain their vision health. #RGBeye is open for business and following the recommended guidelines put out by the CDC to protect the health of our patients and team members.
We want our patients to know that we understand and are sympathetic to their concerns about both their overall health and the health of their eyes. Please feel free to call our office and we can discuss your situation and make arrangements that make sense for you.
In order to reduce the amount of time you spend in our office, please print out new patient forms from the links below, and complete before arriving, then fax to 903-893-9579 or email the forms to info@rgbeye.com (please note that this email should not be used for any medical questions). You can also schedule your pre-assessment history to be done by telephone rather than in person. If you do need to come in person, we encourage you to wait in your car rather than the waiting room after checking in. We’ll come to get you when we’re ready to see you.
